Is this safe?

Yes, red-light therapy works non-invasively as there is no heat generated. You can keep your eyes open or closed during the session.

What should I bring/wear to my session?

You can be in your sportswear. We will target your head in the sessions, if you want another area covered, it should be clean and naked skin.

How often should I do these sessions?

A minimum of three times a week, ideally 5x/week. Remember, consistency is key and you want to keep it up to get long-term benefits.

Who should not book a session?

If you have fresh scars from an operation, have an active tumour or are photosensitive or pregnant, we do not advise to use our technology. While it is considered safe, the named conditions are sensible and unfortunately there is not enough research done on this particular topics. You can always consult with your doctor.

How much does a session cost?

During the entire time of the BoostCourt, we are limited to 16 sessions/day. Each individual can book up to 8 Sessions. If you want more sessions, you can purchase one of our products in the store. Please talk to a coach about it.
