What power cable do your units come with?

Depending on the country you order from, we will include the appropriate cable and plug for that country. If you have a special request, please let us know, so we can accommodate it in advance.

Have your devices been measured for EMFs?

Yes, our Full Stack device has been measured for EMFs using devices that were recommended by Dr Joseph Mercola – the ELF P45 – Pocket PF Meter and the Accousticom 2. Radio and Magnetic discharge were negligible/zero, but below you can see the electric fields generated at various distances:

Do Luminous Labs devices flicker?

Almost all lights have flicker, because of the frequency of the AC mains. LEDs, as used in most red light therapy devices, can be especially troublesome if they are designed with low quality components. Our Luminous Labs lights use high quality anti flicker power drivers to ensure 0% flicker rate.

When can I see/measure effects?

Consistent and correct usage is very important. Generally speaking after 3-4 weeks of use, you should be able to track the difference of the relevant goal for you. Contact us for more information.

What are the differences in the 3 panel series? Which one is right for me?

Pro Series 2.0: Our most advanced light system comes in three configurations: Solo, Duo, and Max. Its modular design lets you choose the coverage that fits your space and routine. Eight red and near-infrared wavelengths, an optical power density of ≥140 mW/cm², and adjustable pulsing offer precise control over every session. Its defining feature is the integrated touchscreen, which lets you select wavelengths, adjust intensity and frequency, and run or save personalized programs.

Essential: Essential is our stand-alone product and cannot be combined with the Pro Series or Kini. It offers an ideal introduction to photobiomodulation and covers all the essential functions. Its defining feature is the Brain Boost mode: pressing the power button a second time switches the device from continuous light to 10 Hz pulsed light—for focused light use on your forehead or temples as part of your personal routine.

Kini: “Kini” means “abundance” in Hawaiian. It is our compact, wearable product designed around a female health-first approach to everyday wellness and longevity. Our ongoing research explores how light-based wellness can accompany women across different cycles and life stages. All mains-powered products include a power cable and plug compatible with the delivery country.

Pro Series 2.0: single-panel configuration: Depending on the selected model, the panel includes either a floor stand or a hanging kit with a metal hook, height adjuster and carabiners. The panel can be placed on the floor or suspended from a suitable doorframe. Each single-panel order also includes the touchscreen controller.

Pro Series 2.0: multi-panel configuration: Includes the required connecting and hanging hardware to securely combine the panels and power the complete setup. An additional touchscreen controller is not included when expanding an existing system.

Essential: Includes a hanging kit, practical tabletop stand and compatible power cable.

Kini: Includes a USB-C charging cable, 50 adhesive pads and a wristband.
