Same light.

A very different routine.

What changes when your routine is built around you.

Without a Protocol. Most devices come with one general guide written for everyone. It can’t know your goals, your day or your topics, so you end up guessing session length and distance, running one routine for every goal, and finding it hard to stay consistent.

With the Luminous Protocol™. Your routine starts from your answers. You get clear settings for the device you own, one plan across all your topics, and a routine that fits into your day, which makes it much easier to stick with.

Inside your Protocol

Everything for your routine. On your phone.

01Theme CheckAfter checkout, your Theme Check arrives by email. Choose your topics and tell us how your days look: 2–4 minutes, on your phone. We also ask about medication, pregnancy and skin sensitivity, so we can tell you when to check with your doctor first.

02Your ProtocolWithin 2 days, your personal web page is ready: every topic you chose in one routine, set up for the device you own.

03Your plan for todayNo more guessing in front of your device. Open it during a session: which areas, how long, how often and how far from the device.

05The researchYour settings draw on a library of 9,400+ studies, read by our science team in Austria. Supplement and lifestyle suggestions support your routine: recommendations, not promises.

06Where you standYour week, where you are in your routine and why it looks the way it does. With Guided, we revisit it at months 3, 6, 9 and 12.

Book a free call

How quickly will I get my recommendation?

Within 2 days of completing your Theme Check. It appears on your personal web page, and we’ll send you the link by email.

What’s the difference between the Protocol and Guided?

Both give you the same personal recommendation for every topic you choose. The Protocol is a one-time recommendation. Guided adds 12 months of guidance: four check-ins at months 3, 6, 9 and 12 where we adapt your recommendation, plus AI support.

Which devices does it work with?

Luminous Kini, Essential, Pro Series 2.0 and our bundles.

What does “personalised recommendation” mean?

We look at the available research and at your answers in the Theme Check, and guide you from there. It is a wellness recommendation, not a medical assessment.

How many topics can I choose?

As many as you like. Both versions cover every topic you choose.

What happens at a Guided check-in?

You get a reminder email, update your Theme Check in a few minutes, and receive an adapted recommendation on your web page, for example for a new season or a new topic.

Is the Protocol included with my device?

From 24 to 30 November, yes: every Pro Series 2.0 comes with Guided, and every Luminous Kini, Essential and bundle comes with the Protocol. The rest of the year, you can add the Protocol or Guided to any device order.

I already have a Light, Core or Master Protocol. What happens now?

Your plan stays valid. You can move to Guided on special terms. See “Already have a Luminous Protocol?” above.

Can I switch from the Protocol to Guided later?

Yes. Send us a message with your order number, and we’ll set up your upgrade and send you a new Theme Check.

What about the supplement recommendations?

Based on your topics, we suggest supplements and lifestyle habits that fit your routine, plus a €25 Biogena voucher for orders from €75. They are recommendations only.

Is red light right for me?

If you are pregnant, take light-sensitive medication or are under medical care, please talk to your doctor before you start. We ask about this in the Theme Check.

Can I get a refund?

Your Protocol is a personal service, prepared for you once you complete your Theme Check. Like a booked appointment, it can’t be refunded once it has been delivered.

Ready to make your light personal?

Choose your Protocol, complete your Theme Check and get your personalised recommendation within 2 days.
